We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated results will meet every intended use case.

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, process unlawful material, evade platform restrictions, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of generated or edited output complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, and platform policies where the content is later published.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Remove Anything for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed the platform to legal or security issues.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@removeanything.ai. Some information may be retained as required for billing records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
